This Firearms for Sale & Checkout Agreement governs all firearm purchases, transfers, and regulated product transactions conducted through Guardian Training Academy. By placing an order, submitting payment, or initiating a firearm transfer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.

By purchasing or attempting to transfer a firearm through Guardian Training Academy, you confirm that you are legally permitted to own and possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This includes meeting age requirements, residency requirements, and not being prohibited due to criminal history, restraining orders, or other legal restrictions.
It is your responsibility to know and comply with all laws before completing a purchase. Guardian Training Academy does not provide legal advice regarding eligibility.
All firearm sales and transfers are conducted under Federal Firearms License (FFL) regulations and must comply with all federal and Michigan state laws. Firearms cannot be transferred without proper documentation and required approvals.
Guardian Training Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that does not meet legal or compliance standards.
All firearm purchases and transfers require completion of required forms and background checks. Customers must provide valid government-issued identification and any additional information required by law.
Transfers cannot proceed until all required checks are approved. Guardian Training Academy has no authority to override or expedite background check results.
Delays or denials are determined by the appropriate regulatory agencies and are outside our control.
Full payment is required before any firearm is processed for transfer or reserved for the customer. Pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Submitting payment does not guarantee immediate possession of a firearm. Release of the firearm occurs only after all compliance requirements have been satisfied.
Due to the regulated nature of firearms, all firearm sales are considered final once processing begins or paperwork has been initiated.
Firearms cannot be returned or exchanged after transfer. Customers are responsible for verifying the correct model, caliber, and configuration prior to purchase.
If a customer fails a background check or becomes legally ineligible to receive a firearm, the transfer cannot be completed. Administrative, transfer, or restocking fees may apply.
Special orders or firearms reserved specifically for a customer may require deposits and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Items held for extended periods without pickup may be subject to storage or restocking fees where permitted by law.
Firearm laws vary by state and municipality. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any firearm they purchase is legal in their jurisdiction. Guardian Training Academy will not transfer any firearm that violates applicable laws or restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders if legal concerns arise.
By completing a firearm purchase or transfer, you accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of the firearm. Guardian Training Academy strongly encourages professional training and safe storage practices to reduce the risk of accidents or misuse.
Guardian Training Academy is not responsible for delays caused by regulatory systems, background check processing times, or government requirements. Once a firearm has been legally transferred, all responsibility for possession and use rests with the purchaser.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.
By placing an order, making payment, or completing a firearm transfer, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Firearms for Sale & Checkout Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with the transaction.
