Guardian Training Academy processes orders as quickly and safely as possible while complying with all legal requirements. Some products may be available for in-store pickup only, while others may be eligible for shipment where legally permitted.

Shipping availability, carriers, and timelines may vary depending on the product and customer location. Not all items can be shipped to all addresses.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any shipment that would violate federal, state, or local laws.

Firearm Shipping and Transfers

Firearms are regulated items and are not shipped directly to residential addresses. When firearms are sold for delivery outside our location, they must be shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

Customers must provide the name and contact information of their selected FFL dealer. The receiving dealer must supply a valid copy of their license before shipment can occur. Firearms will ship only after license verification and compliance confirmation.

The customer is responsible for completing all paperwork, background checks, and legal requirements at the receiving FFL dealer’s location before taking possession of the firearm. Transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer are the responsibility of the customer.

Ammunition and Restricted Items

Ammunition and certain firearm-related products may be restricted in some states or municipalities. Guardian Training Academy will only ship ammunition and regulated accessories where permitted by law.

Orders containing restricted items may be modified or canceled if shipping is not legally allowed. Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws before placing an order.

For safety reasons, some products may require special handling or approved carriers.

Accessories and Non-Regulated Products

Accessories such as holsters, optics, bags, apparel, and other non-regulated items may be shipped directly to customers. These items are typically processed and shipped using standard carriers.

Shipping times may vary based on inventory availability and destination. Tracking information is generally provided once the order ships.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional time.

Firearm shipments may take longer due to FFL coordination, documentation review, and regulatory compliance checks.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery

Guardian Training Academy uses reputable and legally authorized carriers for all shipments. Some deliveries may require adult signature confirmation to ensure compliance and secure receipt.

Once a shipment leaves our facility, delivery timelines are subject to carrier schedules and conditions beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and FFL information. Delays or additional fees may result from incorrect addresses, missing documentation, or incomplete dealer information.

Guardian Training Academy is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer-provided errors.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, customers should contact us promptly. We may work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution. Claims may require documentation or photos of the package and contents.

Resolutions may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.

In-Store Pickup

Some items may be designated for in-store pickup only. Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Proper identification may be required at pickup, and regulated items must follow all legal transfer procedures.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to cancellation or restocking policies.
