Guardian Training Academy reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel classes due to instructor availability, safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational needs. In such cases, customers may be offered rescheduling options or credit toward a future class.
Participants must follow all instructor directions and safety procedures at all times. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the class without refund.
All product sales are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate pricing and descriptions, but errors may occur. Guardian Training Academy reserves the right to correct pricing or product errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.
Once a regulated product or firearm transfer process has begun, sales may be considered final. Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications and compatibility before purchase.
All firearm sales and transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable federal and Michigan laws. Customers must complete all required paperwork, identity verification, and background checks before a firearm can be transferred.
Guardian Training Academy cannot release firearms without approval from the required background check system. Delays or denials are outside our control. Transfer fees or administrative costs may apply even if a transfer is delayed or denied.

Customers and students must follow all posted rules and staff instructions while on the premises. Safe firearm handling practices are required at all times.
Guardian Training Academy reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, reckless, unlawful, or disruptive. Violations may result in suspension of services without refund.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to facilities or equipment due to negligence or misuse.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or disputed transactions may result in cancellation of services and additional administrative fees.
